The music video deliberately incorporated various locations in Zürich to create a vibrant and dynamic narrative that mirrored the energy of the song's lyrics.

The production took place in early 2022 after we received the request to create captivating visuals for Onkel Ari’s and Xen's newest music video.

About the Project

Early in 2022, we embarked on an exciting project to create a music video featuring Onkel Ari, who teamed up with fellow Zürich-based rapper Xen. They emphasized the significance of friendship and creative synergy, that left a lasting imprint on their audience. 

In their collaboration for ‘Friends’, the two great Zürich rappers decided to experiment in a new territory, and try themselves out in German rap, rather than rapping in their usual Swiss dialect.

About the Project

Early in 2022, we embarked on an exciting project to create a music video featuring Onkel Ari, who teamed up with fellow Zürich-based rapper Xen. They emphasized the significance of friendship and creative synergy, that left a lasting imprint on their audience. 

 

 

In their collaboration for ‘Friends’, the two great Zürich rappers decided to experiment in a new territory, and try themselves out in German rap, rather than rapping in their usual Swiss dialect.

 

 

With a blend of personal narratives and societal commentary, Onkel Ari is known for his captivating unique storytelling in the Swiss music scene.

To create a high-quality music video that would have striking performance on their socials, we organized shooting at various locations across Zürich. We also added colorful cinematic effects that complemented the video creating dynamic transitions between shots, which made the music video truly unique. 

 

Lastly, we would like to address the contribution made from the lovely models, actors and incredibly talented music producer l8v8lmusic, who were incredible to work with and made the whole process run smoothly.
